Matamoras Borough Hall

Matamoras was originally part of Westfall Township. Its name came from the Mexican town of Matamoros, which was the first to be occupied by U.S. troops during the Mexican-American War. It was incorporated as a borough on January 18, 1905.

PUBLIC MEETINGS
Meetings are held at Borough Hall located at 10 Ave I
Council Meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
Planning Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Recreation Meetings are held the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Matamoras Municipal Authority meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
Keystone Club meets the 3rd Wednesday at 7:00p.m.
