The Applicant asserts that this approval is for “skill games”.\nThe application is available for inspection during regular business hours\, at the Borough Office at 10\nAvenue I from 8a-3:30p on weekdays. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing\, as the Council may render decision on the application following the hearing.\n\n \n\nPUBLIC NOTICE\nNotice is hereby given that the Matamoras Borough Council will conduct a Public Hearing\, and\nthereafter may vote upon an Ordinance to repeal Chapter 90 of the Matamoras Borough Code\, regulating Poles and Wires.
