PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Matamoras Borough Council will conduct a Public Hearing, and thereafter may vote upon and potentially enact changes to Chapter 105-13 of the Matamoras Borough Code, regulating removal of snow. If approved, the changes would include additional language requiring owners, tenants, and other occupants and property agents to remove any objects (not limited to snow and ice) blocking access to any fire hydrant within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving notice from the Borough Code Enforcement Officer or the Chief of Police. The proposed changes are available for inspection at the Matamoras Borough Office, 10 Avenue I, Matamoras, PA. PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Matamoras Borough Council will hold a hearing to consider the application of 905 Lucky Mart, Inc for Conditional Use approval of an Amusement Arcade located at 905 Pennsylvania Avenue. The Applicant asserts that this approval is for “skill games”. The application is available for inspection during regular business hours, at the Borough Office at 10 Avenue I from 8a-3:30p on weekdays. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing, as the Council may render decision on the application following the hearing.
